泰星減速機股份有限公司原名江蘇省泰興減速機廠，始建于1984年，1999年改制為泰星減速機股份有限公司，公司占地面積30萬平方米，固定資產3.8億元，員工2000多人，其中工程技術人員186人。
公司擁有國內領先的減速機加工核心技術及技術應用整合能力，具有先進可靠的生產技術條件和技術裝備，近年來，為了適應大型減速機生產需要，公司又投入5000萬元，購置了3米磨齒機、3.2米滾齒機、3.15米立車、4×8米鏜銑加工中心、2.5×8米龍門銑，不斷適應用戶對高端產品、大型產品、特殊產品的需求，以滿足廣大用戶對不同層次產品的需要。
