本機廣泛用于各種起重運輸機械及其它各種機械中作為減速之用，其聯動方式可用聯軸器直接聯動，也可用鏈條、皮帶撓行聯動，結構形式是兩級三軸園柱浙開線齒輪傳動，具有過載能力強、耐沖擊、慣性力矩小，適用于起重頻繁和正反向運轉的特點。
