1．中國東莞市鉅順貿易有限公司于1997年成立傳動部門，主要以經營傳動產品，應用領域涉及電子制造設備，食品加工機械、塑料機械等；
2．于1999年生產銷售蝸輪減速機和加工傳動零件。一直以生產最優良的傳動組件為努力的目標,從產品的研發,制程的改良到設備的更新. ,公司不斷投入大量的人力資源,朝著目標邁進,以回饋客戶的期待與肯定，為供應工業的需求,特研究改良以最符合國際標誰的蝸輪減速機.以良好的蝸輪材質加上經驗強固的熱處理及精細研磨的蝸桿制成,故能保持最圓滑的運轉,效率高,體積小,重量輕,外型美觀,壽命長且發聲極小不易逆轉,相信能對貴公司,工廠做最大的貢獻.
3．2001年公司為為了滿足傳動業對零配件的需求,在原有基礎上又新增了一批高精尖的專業制造機器:如滾齒機,磨齒機,數控車床,數控銑床,CNC立式加工中心,臥式加工中心,螺旋錐齒輪加工機床等,還配備了三維座標測量儀以及從美國M&M公司引進的CNC齒輪檢測中心,在制造工具上我公司已達到了國內先進水平.
4、2002年成立自動化部門，與日本TSK、臺灣PMI、AMT、CPC合作，開發中國滑軌、絲桿等高精度產品市場，廣泛應用在工業機器人、半導體、醫療設備及各種機床等與日常生活密切相關的產品中；
5、2002年6月成立上海分公司——上海光鎂貿易有限公司，主要負責華東市場的開發與服務；
6、2004年1月成立生物科技部門，與臺灣COLONY合作開發中國市場，造福人類健康；
7、2004年11月成立日本電子部門，與日本電子（JEOL）合作，為中國市場提供等離子體槍，電源控制箱及本體部品等高科技產品的銷售及服務，主要應用于光學設備；
8、2006年與臺灣嵩陽工業股份有限公司合作，主要銷售專業滾珠螺桿支撐座，為絲桿客戶提供更好更便捷的服務。
