荊州市陵達機械有限公司、荊州陵達減速器廠是生產(chǎn)新型減速器的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，一九九七年成功的開發(fā)了具有我國獨創(chuàng)風(fēng)格的，新穎的“平面二次包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器”，這種蝸桿副具有多齒嚙合，瞬時雙線接觸，它的承載能力大；潤滑角大，容易形成動壓油膜，潤滑條件好，它的使用壽命長；蝸桿齒面淬硬，并有符合形成原理的精密磨削，精確成形，它的制造精度高，齒的光潔度高；有著較大的綜合曲率半徑，嚙合特性好，經(jīng)測試多線蝸桿的效率可達95%，與同規(guī)格的普通圓柱蝸桿副相比，具有體積小，重量輕，承載能力大，使用壽命使等優(yōu)點，在長期的生產(chǎn)實踐中，形成了一整套質(zhì)量保證體系，榮獲湖北省科技進步三等獎及國家科技進步三等獎。
我廠生產(chǎn)標準平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器中心距，由 80mm至 1200mm，標準公稱傳動比由 5至100，也可以根據(jù)用戶的特殊要求設(shè)計并制造各種平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器，目前我廠已將該技術(shù)成功的用于數(shù)百艘軍用艦艇的配套，并廣泛用于民用船舶、冶金機械、礦山機械、輕紡機械、食品機械、建筑機械。化工機械、石油機械、電梯等機械行業(yè)，而且遠銷加拿大、埃及、泰國、香港等國家和地區(qū)。
