公司占地面積35000平方米，廠房建筑面積20000平方米。現有職工320人，各類工程技術人員60余人，以設計制造各類中硬、硬齒面齒輪減速機、擺線針輪減速機、蝸桿減速機為主，并承擔各種異型減速機的設計、開發。產品"柳杭"牌減速機已發展到20余個系列、3000多個品種規格，廣泛為冶金、建材、礦山、石油、化工、起重、水利等行業機械配套使用。
公司技術力量雄厚、設備先進、檢測手段完善，擁有專利10項,現有各種專業設備近170余臺套,公司技術研發部擁有齒輪強度校核幾何參數計算軟件，減速機加載設計三維軟件，齒輪齒形齒向檢測儀等最先進的設計軟硬件。
