產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行模塊化優(yōu)化設(shè)計，具有極高的組合性、互換性。按5級精度設(shè)計，齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼滲碳淬火，磨削內(nèi)外齒直徑達(dá)到2500mm，對齒輪進(jìn)行預(yù)修形，降低噪音，專業(yè)的熱處理和齒根處理工藝，保證強度，提高減速機的承載能力。
公司引進(jìn)國際一流的德國霍夫勒數(shù)控成形磨齒機、德國克林貝格齒輪檢測儀、德國溫澤三坐標(biāo)測量儀、美國格里森弧齒錐齒輪磨齒機、奧地利愛協(xié)林熱處理生產(chǎn)線、日本三菱加工中心和日本森精機鏜銑加工中心等目前世界最先進(jìn)設(shè)備，保證了產(chǎn)品精度要求。
