新近落成的3000平方米24工位集物流、裝配、試驗為一體的十萬級凈化恒溫車間和承重1200Kg、貨位數1824個的智能倉儲系統，通過與各類先進制造裝備和計量檢測技術的柔性組合，建設成從毛坯投入、加工制造、檢驗檢測、裝配試驗及成品入庫自動化生產系統。使泰豐液壓成為了中國液壓行業首家數字化智能型液壓控制系統產品專業制造企業。
泰豐液壓十分重視科技進步和技術創新，擁有各項專利68項，其中發明專利11項。2008 年與浙江大學簽訂了產學研合作協議，聯合浙江大學機械電子工程控制研究所開發了比例溢流閥、雙主動控制型比例插裝閥、動態控制閥、水介質插裝閥等新技術產品，依靠創新驅動和產品升級促進了泰豐液壓的快速發展。
