泰興市安泰減速機(jī)有限公司成立于1981年，1989年與日本森興公司合資，專業(yè)生產(chǎn)齒輪、鏈輪、同步帶等產(chǎn)品全部出口日本。1999年公司采用日本先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和嚴(yán)格的管理，開發(fā)制造特大型非標(biāo)雙圓弧人字齒圓柱齒輪減速機(jī)，其具有承載能力大，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，工作平穩(wěn)，噪音小，密封性能好，安全可靠，安裝使用方便等特點(diǎn)，適用于各種惡劣環(huán)境的連續(xù)作業(yè)，廣泛應(yīng)用于船舶、冶金、油田、礦山、煤礦等行業(yè)，質(zhì)量可靠，深受用戶的贊賞和信賴。
公司于2005年通過(guò)ISO9001：2000質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，由中國(guó)石油集團(tuán)江漢機(jī)械研究所提供技術(shù)，開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的油田減速機(jī)已銷往勝利、長(zhǎng)慶、中原、華北等油田。其中JS-320D、456D、640D、912D減速機(jī)已出口到加拿大，敘利亞、阿曼、印度和俄羅斯等國(guó)家。公司所有產(chǎn)品由北京康布爾石油技術(shù)開發(fā)公司進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督及檢驗(yàn)，并將很快通過(guò)美國(guó)API認(rèn)證，已形成年產(chǎn)1000臺(tái)減速機(jī)的能力。
