公司現(xiàn)有員工200多人，其中工程技術(shù)人員20余人。廠區(qū)占地面積3萬多平方米，擁有立式加工中心、數(shù)控鏜銑床、磨齒機(jī)等各種高、精、尖設(shè)備120多余臺（套），有配套齊全的熱處理設(shè)備。本公司生產(chǎn)的各種減速機(jī)達(dá)300多個品種。同時根據(jù)用戶要求生產(chǎn)各種非標(biāo)類專用減速機(jī)，年生產(chǎn)能力500000臺（套） 以上。是華東地區(qū)生產(chǎn)減速機(jī)規(guī)模最大的廠家之一。
公司在生產(chǎn)、銷售、財(cái)務(wù)、倉儲等領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┝薊RP管理；產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)均采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)；機(jī)械冷、熱加工工藝先進(jìn)，齒輪加工采用滲碳、氮化、磨齒等工藝，精度達(dá)到5級以上。擁有三臺標(biāo)測量機(jī)，齒輪綜合檢測儀，封閉式齒輪傳動試驗(yàn)臺等設(shè)備。質(zhì)量管理體系完善，已通過ISO9001認(rèn)證。
