梧州市調速電機廠座落在市富民工業區環市西路旁，為股份合作制企業，有３０多年的歷史。1968年開始生產交流電動機，是機械電子工業部電磁調速電機及控制裝置定點生產廠家。改革開放以來企業發展較快，由原來單一產品發展到多系列、多種產品。一九九九年受上海電器科學研究所委托成功在梧州市協助召開全國調速電機行業核心單位會議，該廠在全國調速電機生產單位中無論在產品質量和產量都優于其它廠家，享有較高的用戶聲譽，在雙文明建設中取得了可喜的成績。
