大新基礎件有限公司是生產(chǎn)新型機械基礎件的專業(yè)工廠。主要加工設備為半自動流水線作業(yè)，目前具有年產(chǎn)50萬套的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。該產(chǎn)品結(jié)構、外形尺寸、安裝方式均與國外同類產(chǎn)品通用，技術指標、技術性能可以滿足國外機器的使用要求，同時也是國產(chǎn)化替代進口機件必不可少的基礎零部件，可節(jié)約外匯。目前為國內(nèi)機械行業(yè)主機配套的有100余個廠家，同時出口遠銷美國、德國、印尼、澳大利亞、斯里蘭卡、比利時、瑞士、泰國、越南、日本、韓國等國家。

特殊工藝特性：
該產(chǎn)品材料采用65Mn和60Si2Mn彈性材料，加工工藝采用全磨削加工和淬火熱處理工藝，表面采用液體噴砂處理。
