天津市第一蝸輪減速機廠，注冊資金22.00萬元，于1998年正式成立，公司位于天津市紅橋區三條石大街小馬路９號，擁有員工105人。本公司資金實力雄厚，生產經營能力強大。 加上公司總裁劉洪鋼的英明領導，目前已發展成為業內一家較具實力的生產型企業。我公司隸屬于天津市電梯公司，是機械工業部生產蝸輪減速器的重點企業，是國內研究和生產圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿減速器的最早廠家。主要產品有：圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿系列減速器、電梯曳引機、自動扶梯驅動機等，并承接各種非標準蝸桿減速機設計制造、軋壓機蝸輪副的配套加工 1、圓弧齒輪圓柱蝸桿系列減速器。我廠“雙牛牌”圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿系列減速器按國際生產。它廣泛應用各種傳動機械中的減速機構，主要特點是該蝸輪為凹凸嚙合，接觸強度高，摩擦系數小，傳動效率高，其結構與同容量的阿基米德蝸桿減速機相比結構緊湊，體積小，重量輕。減速器的種類：（1）本機結構為單級，包括以下四種：1、WTH 通用型：2、WHX蝸桿在下型；3、WHS蝸桿在上型；4、WHC蝸桿在側型； （2）中心距80-500MM（3）傳動比8-50。
2、BWL系列曳引機。該曳引機由蝸桿蝸輪傳動，是客梯、貨梯及雜物的驅動裝置。額定速度0.25-1.75M/S。額定載荷 200-300KN。
3、自動扶梯驅動機。該機采用蝸桿蝸輪傳動，是自動電扶梯的驅動裝置，該機型號為FY222。提升高度5M，額定載員9000人/H，額定速度0.5M/S。
