本公司建于九十年代初，原名稱為武進市盧家巷擺線齒輪廠，經過十多年的艱苦拼搏．開拓創新，現已建成占地面積7000多平方米，廠房5000多平方米,職工100余名,公司專業生產擺線針輪減速機、硬齒面圓柱齒輪減速機、F系列平行軸斜齒輪減速機、K系列斜齒輪錐齒輪減速機、S系列斜齒輪渦輪減速機、R系列斜齒輪減速機及擺線齒輪,在設備上擁有擺線磨12臺及配套生產擺線齒輪的各種機床40余臺。由于工藝上的不斷革新，生產效率逐步提高，我公司產品擺線齒輪更具有特色，它品種齊全，噪聲低，運轉平穩，使用壽命長。同時企業擁有一支團結精干，艱苦奮斗的職工隊伍，在經營上，我們供貨及時，價格公平，服務周到，一切為用戶提供方便。
本公司為了適應市場需求，于2002年開發創建硬齒面齒輪生產加工項目，新建硬齒面齒輪生產加工車間，現已有磨齒機6臺，并有一臺瑞士產"SP-60"齒輪測試儀,是保證產品質量的重要手段。
