天津華盛昌齒輪有限公司創建于1990年，是專業設計、制造蝸桿減速器的中外合資企業，被天津市科委命名為“天津市高新技術企業”。我公司設計制造的平面包絡環面蝸桿減速器曾多次獲獎并被機械部指定為更新換代產品，環面蝸桿數控系統也被列為國家重大成果項目之一。受國家機械工業局的委托，我公司起草了中華人民共和國機械行業標準JB/T 9051-2000《平面包絡環面蝸桿減速器》，目前該標準已實施。
我公司在平面二次包絡環面蝸桿傳動領域里擁有世界領先的理論和技術，持有多項、多國發明專利。我們始終堅信科學技術是企業發展的第一動力。為此公司與德國克林貝格公司聯合開發了世界上僅有的五臺HNC35TP型十軸數控、四軸聯動專用蝸桿磨床。
