江蘇豪源減速機制造有限公司成立于1992年，位于全國減速機之鄉-江蘇省泰興市，是江蘇省省屬獨立法人企業。

企業目前現有職工238人，其中高學歷的技術人員占20%，高精尖機械設備130余臺套，檢測設備12臺套。為確保產品質量，內部設立了56個質量控制點，全面監測跟蹤質量管理工作，形成完整的生產、質量、技術創新體系和嚴格的檢測制度。

Over the past 20 years, the company has adhered to the development concept of "people-oriented, quality first, innovation and refinement, and pursuit of excellence". With standardization and institutionalization, the company has continuously innovated its management, making the enterprise develop into a star enterprise group integrating science, industry and trade, thus casting the spiritual world and life pursuit of Taixing people.
The enterprise has passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification, and won the "star enterprise of Jiangsu Province", "Taizhou civilization number", "Taizhou science and Technology Innovation Award", 15 consecutive years of "contract and credit enterprise", and "AAA credit enterprise" of the bank.
At present, there are 238 employees in the enterprise, of which 20% are technicians with high education background. There are more than 130 sets of high-end mechanical equipment and 12 sets of testing equipment. In order to ensure the quality of products, 56 quality control points have been set up to comprehensively monitor and track the quality management work, forming a complete production, quality and technical innovation system and a strict testing system.
