泰興市安泰精密傳動機械有限公司成立于1981年，1989年與日本森興公司合資，專業生產齒輪、鏈輪、同步帶等產品全部出口日本。1999年公司采用日本先進的技術和嚴格的管理，開發制造特大型非標雙圓弧人字齒圓柱齒輪減速機，其具有承載能力大，使用壽命長，工作平穩，噪音小，密封性能好，安全可靠，安裝使用方便等特點，適用于各種惡劣環境的連續作業，廣泛應用于船舶、冶金、油田、礦山、煤礦等行業，質量可靠，深受用戶的贊賞和信賴。
公司于2005年通過ISO9001：2000質量體系認證，由中國石油集團江漢機械研究所提供技術，開發生產的油田減速機已銷往勝利、長慶、中原、華北等油田。其中JS-320D、456D、640D、912D減速機已出口到加拿大，敘利亞、阿曼、印度和俄羅斯等國家。公司所有產品由北京康布爾石油技術開發公司進行產品的質量監督及檢驗，并將很快通過美國API認證，已形成年產1000臺減速機的能力。
