泰興市安泰精密傳動機械有限公司成立于1981年，1989年與日本森興公司合資，專業生產齒輪、鏈輪、同步帶等產品全部出口日本。1999年公司采用日本先進的技術和嚴格的管理，開發制造特大型非標雙圓弧人字齒圓柱齒輪減速機，其具有承載能力大，使用壽命長，工作平穩，噪音小，密封性能好，安全可靠，安裝使用方便等特點，適用于各種惡劣環境的連續作業，廣泛應用于船舶、冶金、油田、礦山、煤礦等行業，質量可靠，深受用戶的贊賞和信賴。
公司于2005年通過ISO9001：2000質量體系認證，由中國石油集團江漢機械研究所提供技術，開發生產的油田減速機已銷往勝利、長慶、中原、華北等油田。其中JS-320D、456D、640D、912D減速機已出口到加拿大，敘利亞、阿曼、印度和俄羅斯等國家。公司所有產品由北京康布爾石油技術開發
