泰興市泰姚減速機有限公司位于蘇中大地--泰興市，地理位置優越，交通十分便捷，穿越腹地的寧通公路是國家交通干線，寧、靖、鹽高速公路和新長鐵路貫穿全市，江陰大橋連接了長江南北兩條高速公路，距上海和南京200公里，蘇、錫、常近在咫尺。
泰姚減速機有限公司現有員工260人，（其中高級工程師12人，技術人員34人）。占地面積17萬平方米，建筑面積10萬平方米。公司自創立以來，引進了大型滾齒機、西德磨齒機等新型設備，成功的開發了擺線針輪、圓柱齒輪、中硬齒面、硬齒面、行星齒輪、電動滾筒、起重建筑機械專用減速機等系列。在起重、建筑、礦山、冶金、化工等企業得到廣泛的使用和好評。
