泰姚減速機有限公司現有員工260人，（其中高級工程師12人，技術人員34人）。占地面積17萬平方米，建筑面積10萬平方米。公司自創立以來，引進了大型滾齒機、西德磨齒機等新型設備，成功的開發了擺線針輪、圓柱齒輪、中硬齒面、硬齒面、行星齒輪、電動滾筒、起重建筑機械專用減速機等系列。在起重、建筑、礦山、冶金、化工等企業得到廣泛的使用和好評。
