液氣分離器可將陸地和海上油田井流分離成油、氣、水三相，容器尺寸依工藝要求而定。YQ系列液氣分離器是朋惠公司設計開發的置換氣侵鉆井液的專用設備。液氣分離器主要是除去泥漿中含有直徑約大于φ3～φ25mm的大氣泡，這些氣體使鉆井液的比重、粘度發生了較大的偏離，不能滿足鉆井的需求，如果氣侵嚴重時還可能會引起井涌、甚至發生井噴事故。 1、從氣液分離器底部排出泥漿和液體，調節液體的工作液位，并在分液器中提供一定的液位。這樣，固相不會堆積在分離器中。 2、分離和排出泥漿系統內大量的游離氣體，包括有毒氣體，比如硫化氫。 3、在分離器中，有專門的管道，可以快速的去除氣體，提高了處理效率。 4、被分離出的氣體通過放噴管路排往井場安全區放噴燃燒。 5、氣液分離技術將離心分離與物理沖擊分離以及真空分離相結合，保證了分離效率。 6、在用于供應液體的彎管上，安裝減震器，涂有耐腐蝕放腐層，在處理有腐蝕性氣體時，可延長使用壽命。 YQ800YQ1000 liquid-gas separator YQ12000 liquid-gas separator The liquid-gas separator can separate the well flow in the onshore and offshore oil fields into oil, gas and water.
