HRS-150數顯洛氏硬度計是機電一體化的硬度測試儀器.數顯洛氏硬度計外觀新穎,大屏幕顯示,菜單式結構,采用微機控制,硬度值以數字直接顯示.硬度測試結果可以直接打印輸出,升降螺桿與旋輪間自動反饋鎖合,外接RS232超級終端設置,可外接打印機,具有良好的可靠性,可操作性和直觀性;除試臺升降外,完全實現了自動化,消除了操作和讀數誤差。
數顯洛氏硬度計還具有洛氏標尺的選擇/塑料洛氏標尺的選擇（可選配功能)/各硬度之間的硬度換算等功能.
數顯洛氏硬度計適用于黑色金屬、有色金屬和非金屬材料的硬度測定。

各項技術指標均符合：GB/T230-2002洛氏硬度計技術條件，參照ISO6508-2:1999國際標準。

工作原理/ Working principle：

洛氏硬度的試驗原理：用金剛石圓錐體壓頭或一定直徑的鋼球壓頭，在初試驗力F0和主試驗力F1先后作用下，壓入試樣表面，保持一定時間，卸除主試驗力，保留初試驗力，此時的壓入深度為h1，在初試驗力作用下的壓入深度為h0，它們之差e(h1—h0)來表示壓痕深度的永久增量。每壓入0.002mm為一個洛氏硬度單位。（圖1）

洛氏硬度的計算公式：HRA、C=100—(e/0.002)

HRB=130—(e/0.002)
