適用范圍/ Scope of application：

洛氏硬度計適用于黑色金屬、有色金屬和非金屬材料的硬度測定。

適用范圍:淬火、表面淬火鋼,調質、退火鋼,冷硬鑄件,可鍛鑄件,硬質合金鋼,鋁合金,軸承鋼,硬化薄鋼板等。

工作原理/ Working principle：

洛氏硬度的試驗原理：用金剛石圓錐體壓頭或一定直徑的鋼球壓頭，在初試驗力F0和主試驗力F1先后作用下，壓入試樣表面，保持一定時間，卸除主試驗力，保留初試驗力，此時的壓入深度為h1，在初試驗力作用下的壓入深度為h0，它們之差e(h1—h0)來表示壓痕深度的永久增量。每壓入0.002mm為一個洛氏硬度單位。（圖1）

洛氏硬度的計算公式：HRA、C=100—(e/0.002)

HRB=130—(e/0.002)
