本機采用電子自動加荷,計算機軟件編程,高倍率光率測量,光電傳感等系統.各項操作過程和試驗結果的數據均可在LTD大屏幕顯示,試驗結果的數據可通過打印機輸出.本機適用于各類生產加工企業、大專院校、科研機械的試驗室.

本機內置數顯測微目鏡,壓痕可以通過測微目鏡直接測量,不用查表,也不用鍵入壓痕對角線長度,在液晶屏上直接能顯示硬度值和試驗力、試驗力保持時間、壓痕長度,讀數精確,操作方便。

目前本機圖像處理系統具備21級硬度值,可分別搭配本廠大部分布氏硬度機.同時我們研發的專用軟件具備四種"壓球直徑"(1/2.5/5/10mm)可供選擇.硬度類型上HBS和HBW可隨心所欲的切換,在壓痕檢測上我們設計出了"壓痕自動檢測"功能,大大的讓使用者提高了工作效率和準確度.并且可以方便的打印報表和圖像存儲,成像清晰,也可以獨立的與計算機聯網進行數據傳輸.是本公司繼推出全功能維氏硬度計之后的又一個最新科技成果.

各項技術指標均符合：GB/T 231-2002金屬布氏硬度試驗技術條件，參照ISO6508-2:1999國際標準。

適用范圍/ Scope of application：

適用于鑄鐵、鋼鐵、有色金屬、軟合金材料、黑色金屬和有色金屬的布氏硬度測定.主要用于組織不均勻的鍛鋼和鑄鐵的硬度測試，鍛鋼和灰鑄鐵的布氏硬度與拉伸試驗有著較好的對應關系。布氏硬度試驗還可用于有色金屬和軟鋼，采用小直徑球壓頭可以測量小尺寸和較薄材料。布氏硬度計多用于原材料和半成品的檢測，由于壓痕較大，一般不用于成品檢測。

 

工作環境/ Work environment：

1、在室溫10~35℃的范圍內；

2、在穩固的基礎上水平安裝；

3、在無震動的環境中；

4、周圍無腐蝕性介質；

5、室內相對濕度不大于65%；

 

保養/Maintenance:
1.硬度計升降絲桿等活動表面需定期添加薄質油潤滑.
2.測試完畢應關閉電源.
3.逆向轉動旋輪使工作臺遠離光源。在工作臺面涂層薄油,放上防銹紙,防止工作臺面生銹和油氣蒸發影響鏡頭及光源.
4.硬度計不使用時將測微目鏡鏡頭處用擦鏡紙包好,然后用防塵罩罩好儀器,以免灰塵進入.在偶爾使用或封存的情況下,必須在光學部分放入干燥劑,防止光學鏡頭霉變.
5.硬度計有一段時間不用,重新開機后請過幾分鐘再使用,使內部電器元件預熱,充分保證儀器的使用精度.
